I didn't like anything. The HR manager is the only worst, that's why all are leaving the company.

... department. They give mental harassment, and they also don't follow labour law. It's the worst they don't give incentives and bonus and also managers who don't have humanity.

Work environment is balanced, teammates are supportive, management is not too good, they is no entertainment facility to employees, company policies are so strict, salary cut in covid-19, no appraisals in covid-19, even earlier also appraisal is poor, no salary hike, minimum bonus. Job responsibilities are double than the pay getting, late hours working. No extra time working pay.

Dislikes

Every organization having politics and even here also politics is there. Salary is not decent, career growth is also slow, 3 month notice period after resignation. Late working culture, no personal life.

The management is horrible. They treat employees like a animal. No job security at all. No work culture. Only politics and worst management. Girls have to travel far too factories that too late night. No proper food facilities for employees

As I worked as intern in the month of March and April my internship project was well done of the title The study on shifting working hours and weekend policy on employee performance and job satisfaction at Silver Spark Apparel Ltd.The company doesn't have my permission to publish my article.It is very disappointing thing.If the paper get published I'll get the bright future.

If you have the spark in you the company shall see it very soon and give individual responsibilities to you. Silver spark is a good retirement plan.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. And the salaries do not justifies the amount of pressure employees handle. There is no source of motivation.
