Over expansion, low skills and less experienced Heads are running the company. Ineffective HODs in production, purchase, operations and other departments. These HODs plays a vital role in politics keeps their jobs secured and other gets transferred or fired. 8:30 to 6:30 working hours and travel time is 45+/- Poor HR policy structure A typical LALA type operations. Need to improve for sustaining in market.

Nothing is good However, It offers little more salary then what other's offer in the market. But then you have to be sold out completely:)

Dislikes

Culture, policies and roles are changed anytime by owner it self. No job security at all. However if you are in good book of the owner then do whatever you want to do. There is no work-life balance you have to stay at office till midnight or even more.

Nothing one of worst company u will ever see do not join in any cost otherwise they will ruin ur life.

Last above 6 years working in the this company, Administration would be good and excellent. Year by year growing and implementing new products.

Good workers should identify by the company every year. Motivate to go next level.
