Too many applications - most of which are outdated and require lot of additional manual effort, work pressure, poor work life balance, lot of meetings

Great Work Culture. Good Atmosphere to learn new skills and implement them. Always feel valued. Onsite team works as a partner/Colleague unlike many places where onsite teams shows the command and authority. Skills are appreciated, so much to learn, grow.

Dislikes

Leadership drastically changed in last 1 year and New Leadership is more like service based approach. They are slowing down the promotion process. Indian leadership is lowing down the benefits. Bad politics started after internal leadership change

Great culture among all captive banks in India and this based on majority feedback from associates employed with the bank. Management continuosly on the look out to increase engagement with employees at mid to lower level of the hierarchy.

Cannot complain since haven't come across anything substantial adverse yet.

SVB has been one of the best companies I have worked for till date. It's one of the most employee friendly companies in the market. Always have empathy towards its employees. It has got one of the best benefits in the market and almost above the market levels. Growth opportunities have been ample and given at right times

Dislikes

Sometimes one would feel that bank is lagging behind in its reporting and metrics due to the manualness of its dashboards.
