Poor management, internal politics and offering benefits to favourite people of Indian management, female co-workers get much support and benefits from managers compared to make co-workers, pay scale (not as per market), not promoting enhancement of knowledge and skill sets among freshers, misbehaviour of team managers in India site.

Likes

Office Infrastructure some Company Policies are good such as Employee Insurance, Med Benefits etc. Good HRBP folks

Dislikes

Very bad Managers, favoritism at peak in TA team After raising queries on mental harassment to CEO & leadership team, no actions taken Employees are manipulated to give google and Glassdoor ratings. No growth for good performers. Leaders play safe by skipping / ignoring serious complaints Despite performing good, achieving results - manager can fire you - high misuse of power Interns were not happy in TA as intentionally posting area was given different from interned area Poor Policies on Security of an employee - team doesn't care of mental health even after complaints Managers if need be, can target any and plan a strategy to let employees resign 0% Hike to a top performer and 15% hike to manager's favorites

Working at Silicon Labs feels automated, fast paced and all what you'd expect working at a corporation to be like. The people seem helpful apart from a few sore apples.

The growth opportunities are limited.

You will have a lot of things to learn at Silabs. The work culture is good and the company policies are great. if you have potential then you can grow with the organization.
