CEO of the company don't know how to talk to thier employees. Very cheap kind of nature and yes they look into your mobile through cctv and cut your salary. It looks like employee are in school not in corporate.

Very poor work environment and culture. Teammates are very unsupportive and the management is also very bad. They don't give employee privacy, company's CEO use to check cctv footage 24*7 and zoom on every employee's mobile and PC. They don't even celebrate festivals. Company policies changes day by day, you'll get every morning new rules and regulations. If you'll get 5min late HR will consider your half day for that particular day.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't solve our issues.

Dislikes

Never ever join this company they're very orthodox mentality people they never support employee for learning and development and even after giving your best they'll deduct your money by giving silly excuses at the time of leaving organisation.. Director treats people like just an resource nd only thinking about his own money..!! Worst work environment and worst hr policy (Homemade rules).

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
