The best part was the company culture, especially for females. The overall facilities (lunch, cab, salary on time). All was quite perfect

Nothing personally I disliked, yes the person should be polite and should have enough patience to deal the workload. Else it was perfect.

Working in Silaris has been a great experience for me. The company is open to adapt any kind of change in real time without affecting the process. I was in the pre-sales team where we provide queries to the customers before the sale of any product. My job needs me to work regular day shift from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. which has resulted in an addiction to coffee and lightning fast speed at my keyboard.

Dislikes

...ur week off. They even force you to do overtime and put a lot of pressure in it. Despite doing OT and giving full time logging salary count was less than calculated and the best part no one really cares. I have completed six months and didn't receive a salary slip once. Lots of favoritism done by the organization and every individual people working over there. Management needs to be changed for the betterment of this firm.

incentive Never come on time and sometimes even don't receive any incentive even after earning that . Here is not any fixed timings they stretch a lot . management is pathetic , they haven't corrected my designation from last 2 month i mailing but no one is responding overall not satisfied with the company .

it’s just a bad company with zero management manger’s are top level cheater’s they will hold your salary if you are planning to serve your notice period and they will never give the proper information about the procedure please don’t go guys 🙂

...he want and you have to do. HR team is very supportive, even management is good. No issue of salary always on time . But appraisal are not that good , very little.

No proper Growth , Politics, Some TLs are not so good. Have to beg for leaves. Rotational week off give by TL (Shrikant) Without even you knowing.
