it’s just a bad company with zero management manger’s are top level cheater’s they will hold your salary if you are planning to serve your notice period and they will never give the proper information about the procedure please don’t go guys 🙂

everything paying circle is so bad they will gove you your salary in the middle of the month

...he want and you have to do. HR team is very supportive, even management is good. No issue of salary always on time . But appraisal are not that good , very little.

No proper Growth , Politics, Some TLs are not so good. Have to beg for leaves. Rotational week off give by TL (Shrikant) Without even you knowing.

I liked that this company really encourages every individual for good growth , even though company gives less salary packages but still there are many opportunities for the next level. Easily you can grow yourself.

Dislikes

Shift timings sometimes aren't good when strech is required. Salary slab should be increased a bit.

This organisation is having a good working environment. And mainly all the staffs are very cooperative and helping. You must face some problems in starting but when you come to know about the process then it will become very smooth. And then you start enjoying the work. It hardly takes 10-15 days depending upon the learning skills to completely get into the process.

Dislikes

Salary is much lower than expectations. They promise a lot during the joining but when you sign the offer letter then actually they start to show their real faces. So don't believe on that. If you are at basic level. Then your salary should vary b/w 9k to 12.5k after one you get the first increment which could be of 1k or 1.5k. And there is no promotion till 2 yrs of hard work or smart work. Ir else you should be very lucky if any of your higher authority resigns and you met the conditions. Otherwise forget about promotion and increment no fun session, no performance benefits. Even work pressure and targets are that much high which is not possible for a human being. And they revise the target in between anytime.

...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . There is huge cafeteria and company policies are good But appraisals are not fair and they not give good salary.

Some work system are not good please improve work station and PC etc. I have many time issue in my computer system because they have old PC.
