...the no one is following the protocol & the office wash room is so much dirty. 4. In sikka group your salary was hold for more than 3-4 months. 5. At the time of resigning the company will not discharge your salary and if you ask about it they will not pick your call and when you visit to the office the Admin department with charge 20% of your salary to released the fund.

I was working in Tax Dept. I have noticed that their is not much work pressure except in Annual Audits and due dates. However, Data management is poor. Work pressure gets high generally because staff attrition is very high. Generally an employee works for 2-3 months on an average from past 1-2 years.

Dislikes

...u paid or casual leaves. No staff welfare, no employee benefits in this company. Employees salaries are due for 3 months on company, the company doesn't have funds to pay. Overall I'm not satisfied with Sikka Group.

They will disperse your salary ones on three months. TA bill will take 2 months to get process. Top management is silent and thrust old employees. No transparency in any process. Lots of politics

...ave policy during the entire year like Daily Wagers, Attendences based Salaries. All leaves are leaves without pay with Harrassment. A Big NO .

Completely Politics being managed right from peon to the Management. Everybody is just engrossed to Butter Promoters for securing job. NO JOB SECURITY ANY TIME U COULD BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON AND AT BEST THEIR BEST EXCUSE IS PERFORMANCE GORDON WHICH THEY HAVE NO YARDSTICK, NO APPOINTMENT LETTER WILL EVER BE GIVEN TO YOU, FOR SAFEGUARDING THE BAD INTENTIONS OF PROMOTERS.

No Hr policy, no EL, PL SL. Strict timings, bad work culture, Management behaviour is very rude , they just treat their staff bad then labours. . You must ready for abusive language there. In fact if u r I'll for few days to might can lose ur job .
