Salary comes on time

Dislikes

No opportunities for Talented and educated people, No differentiation between over performing and average performing persons. Very high level politics and only a few people grow which are close to BL Director, Rest everyone has been given Flat increments and excuses. Managers Don't even know how to do an Appraisal , Very Incapable people sitting on top. It's a Sleeping Giant but not in the hands of efficient people.

A good brand in the market. That’s all the positive thing I can say about the company.

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics. A pathetic top management at the helm (a specific mention to the HR). This is the experience over the last 18 months or so. Hire and fire approach. Fired employees without judging their past performance records and layoff in just 5 minutes that too over the call. Strongly recommend to not join this company.

Excellent. Great chances to learn more & more technical issues from the Sika world wide as well as Sika gives opportunity to explore employee knowledge through Seminars, Lectures snd Lab reports.

Any time management can terminate your employment contract if GM & Personnel manager appoint candidate from their circle.

- Upper level ( Country Head) management (who sitting in factory locations )doing the politics with in down the employees. - Peoples are spending more time for smoking. -Country Head supporting only selected person who helping him personal level. - Due to politics in factory 4 to 5 senier/old employees who left the sika which will impact to product qaulity and smooth dispatches.
