In the first year good salary increament and appraisal they giving. Parent health policy also included for woman after married also.

...quirement they are totally ignore the employees request,health and requirements. In the first year appraisal will be good ,from the next year salary increament got stopped and only work load will get increased and appraisal also not doing timely. In the some project don't have working hours. You have to do work day and night.we can sleep only 2-3 hours and They are only taking care of the project client or customer.

Industry is vast to learn if provided with an extensive training. On time salary

Even though the industry for Signzy is so vast, you would struggle to learn things as there is no training for the employees and you would be put to work without any learnings. The employees are treated badly and there is always a blame game instead of support. The management is not supportive and does not understand the line between giving feedback and criticizing.

Stop posting fake reviews in Glassdoor. Try to make a better workplace where people will love to work. Build a environment with trust, empathy, respect, kindness. I would suggest call all the HRs and QA lead (PC), ask them to Submit all the assets and ask someone to kick them out From floor. Dear PC, try to be better manager if not don't be a antagonist, it's been more than a year I didn't even found a single Jira ticket you worked on, and fake English acent not gonna help you in long run. People are just hate you, none wanna work with you. Don't you really feel bad? If not then good luck with your lazy a** and Dirty politics.
