Toxic Culture and No Vision. Founder is surrounded by Sycophants. Policies and processes keep changing as per whims and fancies of Founder. No concern about compliance despite being a listed company.

Relax & gossip in the cafeteria. No training & learning, hence stagnant career growth. No attendance management. No leave records, as the HR works on nepotism principle.

Dislikes

No inspirational leadership, only talks. High attitude and internal manoeuvring ineffective women HR team. Old employees highly resist new employees coz of knowledge, skills and behavioural issues. The MD does not have his own sense of judgement about people & situations , he easily believes to what is fed to his ears by his own people.

Most of the employees left an organisation in front of me after 4 to 6 months .much more partiality with-team members .employee work hard but there no value for employee at all Before joining the hr was good at all festivals celebrating little enjoyment but with the latest hr Nothing at all .

Signpost and it’s management are forward driven, excellent planning and execution, there is always next level for staff who want per-sue career towards growth. Excellent policies drives the culture of the organisation and creates transparency.
