Work-life imbalance, Partiality, hard to take your on leave, they are giving basic for earning leave and deducting gross during shortfall of notice period, which is 3 months. Relocation in every 3-4 years. Never got bonus 100% ever. Even completed my KRA. No one will explain the reason too. Company is people oriented not system oriented.

Signode is a great company, my experience is a Production supervisor and packing & despatch of material and products to safely. It is my wish that I get work as per my experience, so that I can express myself well. The most important thing I learned from Signode is achieved all goal and target to every project.

Sir, I have 1 point here, I should not say this but I have to speak for company review, here the issue of salary has come. Let's take me as an example, Dear sir and mam, I have been working here for 2.5 years but my salary is not big yet. I believe that along with work. salary and position should also increase.

... security 2) Cafeteria at nominal charges (Excellent Food breakfast & Lunch), 3) On time salary (in between 26 to 28 of the month) 4) A.C Bus facility 5) Some activities on festival, annual days, safety week celebration.

1) Growth.......? Very very slow. 2) Appraisals.......? Yes, on average you will get 4 to 8%. sometimes goes to 10% (very rare) 3) Management.....? HR manager at the factory is not efficient & professional. Processes things dead slow. One must ask/keep following up for small HR related things. Though there is a team of HR you will get delay in every aspect of HR related things. 4) Leaves.....? are available sufficiently but you should fight to avail even one day leave (especially if you are in Design Dept.) 5) Team outings......? Long long ago there were team outings (Thanks to Covid. Saved money for org) 6) Onsite opportunities......? If you are in Control & Automation dept. then you can get onsite opportunities. 7) People/Departments try to blame & highlights other Dept. mistakes (Instead of helping to resolve the issues at ground level) to the head for sake of their promotions/hikes. 8) Mon to Friday.....? Only on paper for employees other than HR & Admin Dept. Specifically if you are in Design team then you should consider 6 days working. 9) Office timings.....? 8.15am to 5.30pm. Since factory is located at city outskirts you will get tired of travelling Home Office. 10) lack of professionalism with the staff (even at the senior level) at factory. At this moment I can recollect these points only. I will update if I remember anything else soon.

...R for PSM hari**a and team. Great place to work expect for mechanical designers. Slow and sleepy management only focus on their bonus.
