Company culture, if you are a women you can easily survive in this company without any knowledge and communication skills. If you listen to your boss then you will sustain here else they will point out for every situation. And mainly domination from the head office people in respected region's.

They hire from non lighting background, stil they don't give any formal training or induction, pure primary oriented company, They expect you to perform since day 1 without giving any training and induction, rate issue in market ,it is just brand that sells. At Channel partner level you will find rate issue , company person offers unnecessary discount to get primary number....0 job security, 0 work life balance even if someone on deathbed then also they will ask you daily primary no. And you may be asked to join call. Also they remind you that you are not doing anything on that vary day

Dislike part about this company it's lot of things to discuss but let me share you some important things it's a company where when they want you to join you need to join in 1 month and when you want to left company with there bad work culture they want you to stay for 3 month otherwise they will not clear your FNF and if by any chance you got incentive in a year after putting paper they will asked you to pay back or they recover entire year Incentive which you earn by your hard work company policy are not good Prices are if you compare to competition Philips brand price are very high they still think they are Philips but year on year they are losing sales and attrition rate is also very high.i joined Ecolink brand of Signify There is no brand value still prices are very high want to work cash a carry business and no Margin for DB.
