Best part is about Signify it's a MNC you will get your salary on time and also other benefits are good

Dislike part about this company it's lot of things to discuss but let me share you some important things it's a company where when they want you to join you need to join in 1 month and when you want to left company with there bad work culture they want you to stay for 3 month otherwise they will not clear your FNF and if by any chance you got incentive in a year after putting paper they will asked you to pay back or they recover entire year Incentive which you earn by your hard work company policy are not good Prices are if you compare to competition Philips brand price are very high they still think they are Philips but year on year they are losing sales and attrition rate is also very high.i joined Ecolink brand of Signify There is no brand value still prices are very high want to work cash a carry business and no Margin for DB.

Salary is on time. Experienced people from the industry who you work with.

Dislikes

Company is understaffed. One person is doing the job of around 2-2.5 people. Working on holidays and late nights is glorified by the managers and team leads. Zero work life balance. Saturday holiday is only on paper as you have to work.

I like that there huge number of departments where one can explore if he/she has right skills.

Dislikes

The only downgrade about the company is that the outsiders are getting more compensation that the existing employees in the same position.

The salary package is satisfactory but there are no other benefits.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible, the higher management is stodgy, no parking facility, no cab facility, overtime working without extra payment. Promotions happen after 3 years and nothing new to learn.
