Facilities, benefits, compensation and colleagues are good but work culture is very demanding. You are expected to work on weekends as well and there is a constant threat of firing from job if there is simplest mistake done by you.

...omfortable and enjoyable. Here lot of project done, and gain too much knowledge. Salary received timely and cooperative seniors.

During project time, I was project engineer, but company totally report feedback taking with contractor, if any fault accur during project, company blame on project engineer,

I like that there huge number of departments where one can explore if he/she has right skills.

The only downgrade about the company is that the outsiders are getting more compensation that the existing employees in the same position.

Company culture, if you are a women you can easily survive in this company without any knowledge and communication skills. If you listen to your boss then you will sustain here else they will point out for every situation. And mainly domination from the head office people in respected region's.
