Good pay master. Policies are good which makes wholesome package good. Flexibility only limited to office joining and leaving. Workload don’t give advantage to use the flexibility. Work from home option but culture is bad so Manager don’t appreciate you take it.

Dislikes

Culture. Only sales mindset nothing else matter. Pathetic adherence to policies. They converted an MNC to typical Lala mindset complany.

Likes

I like that there huge number of departments where one can explore if he/she has right skills.

Dislikes

The only downgrade about the company is that the outsiders are getting more compensation that the existing employees in the same position.

-No work life balance -management plays favorism - no learning opportunities/ strech assignments - poor leadership -micro management - No empathy, support

Company culture, if you are a women you can easily survive in this company without any knowledge and communication skills. If you listen to your boss then you will sustain here else they will point out for every situation. And mainly domination from the head office people in respected region's.

Likes

The salary package is satisfactory but there are no other benefits.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible, the higher management is stodgy, no parking facility, no cab facility, overtime working without extra payment. Promotions happen after 3 years and nothing new to learn.
