The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Training, Job Security, Career Growth, Salary & Appraisal, Politics, Work environment, work-life balance you get nothing in this company. No system of rewarding an employee. There is nothing in this company that will motivate you to work hard. Everyday you will think that what I am doing with my career.
