Company benefits are good. If you are under the good manager, you will have the benefit of availing long leaves, your own CL's. Hybrid mode of work is a good benefit.

To the experience I have I learnt and learning a lot from the company projects and technologies used. They provide appreciation points. They support in all aspects to improve career.

I have not seen any drawbacks in company.

I liked the company until the very recent organisation changes. There is nothing worthy to adore of the company as the new matrix is just like a bunch of arrogant, stubborn and shit headed rulers.

Dislikes

The ELT only know how to rule, and force their decisions for the sake of running the business. No value to employees, they consider them as machines. The ruthless attitude of the leadership team will someday ruin the harmony of the company. Only if you are a VP, Director, or at any higher designation - your words are heard and valued. The employment hiring contractual terms will change as per the company's requirements. The offer letter is just a piece of employment for namesake, nothing mentioned in it is followed.

Pulling work compliments and not having appreciations and not having good increments and not asking developer to be happy with his work and putting him in pressure and TL was not given respect and if we genuine they will not accept.

Likes

Good job security and work life balance. The work is not much of a challenge however.

Dislikes

Opportunities for growth are limited. Tech stack is outdated and will probably lead to a dead end if you want to move on.
