Compensation is decent but the growth is very slow. The company doesn't think about the benefits of the individual employees. Also the company does not have a training for freshers and the company's policies keep on changing

1. Product quality plays vital role in Customized segment 2. We can easily learn about Manager roles responsibilities from day one 3. Get betterment in Dealer handling knowledge 4. Converting into Smart Factory 2.0 and company vision and mission seems amazing as company growth since from 2000 to till date is unimaginable. 5. Directors both of them are Gem person, with wise knowledge and also treating equivality. 6. Sales Training and motivation Training is too good to gain more knowledge. 7. Proper Planning and make subordinates to follow and make it effective is their ultimate success.

Conveyance is worst and not followed commonly. It varies person to person. 6. Product Pricing seems too high as showing they are the only superior in Indian make. 7. Overall business operated through Channel Partners resulted in dependency is more with dealer end. 8. They planning to develop company in corporate way, but more deviations resulted in lack of interest towards work as everytime one word demand plays role.
