They planning to develop company in corporate way, but more deviations resulted in lack of interest towards work as everytime one word demand plays role.

Compensation is decent but the growth is very slow. The company doesn't think about the benefits of the individual employees. Also the company does not have a training for freshers and the company's policies keep on changing
