The only reason for joining JK Super Cement was that it is a new company, a good company, there will be good growth, good salary, good management But after joining this company, I felt that this company is partial only to the employees who are known to the higher officials, and the higher officials here support the known employees.The people who do not work in this company are just acquaintances, nothing is said to them from the higher authorities, and the employees who work like me are harassed.I would never want any employee to be associated with Dealer Retailer JK Super Cement..

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
