...icro management, No HR system, HRs are there just to convey the orders of Lalas. Also, expert in cost cutting by cutting the salary Or putting the penalty on employees. It is like, kal se mat aana tumhare liye gate band hai without FNF. Priority is for those who are calling lalas 10times a day and who are pure lickers.

If you can work hard and able to handle and engage in the work at all the time from 9-6 or 9-10 hours in a day due to excess work load then you can join

...ime if they want you are not fit for the work without any warning or intimation. Also after resign of left the job you have to regular follow up for the balance salary clearance and for documents like reliving letter and experience letter they didn't given . Also the not given salary in account not any salary slip provided by them. Hr not pickup the call and not replying your messages or mails. I was left the company on 19th April but till after one month I am not receiving the experience letter after given 8 reminders to the hr taking MDs in the CC.

They can fire in any moment so never join and save your precious time.
