The best part working at Sigma is that you get a lot to learn for people around. Everybody here is always ready to help. I joined this company as a fresher yet I was given a lot of ownership in the work I do. The flat hierarchy makes it more easier to work here.

...mployee based company, not an MNC kind, the culture is always more towards work. The pay and the work don’t go hand-in-hand.

No job security No name of hike Salary is not given on time lot of politics. No process followed and as result defective product is delivered to customer and blaming on employees. Lots of torture to new joineee.

Being jack of all trades gives you exposure to multiple learning opportunities but end of the day one will not master any specific competency

No work life balance, No job security, Less pay, Too much inportance given to unnecessary engineering heads

They follow hire and fire policy and have no guidelines on deciding whom they are firing except those who have high salary within the team. So if you are the highest salary holder within the team you are next in line of being fired. I can share from experience of more than 25 employee who have suffered sure to this

I did not really liked anything here 1. No one is supportive of anything. 2. As a fresher you can learn some new things as per your interest , they will not provide any kind of support.
