...much to compare with still I feel, Sigma was quite a fair manufacturing company. Unlike some other companies, Sigma used to pay what one owed

Nobody there will help you in learning. You have to learn almost on your own. And how the HR or the supervisors talk to the employees is quite offensive. They don't refer to you as 'aap' instead they use 'tu' which is somewhat unacceptable.

Hr and maneger, supervisor behaviour is Very nice in A4 plant and salary amount Is good as other company, Time to time Salary credit in my account thats good

This company is not for electrical engineer , I am electrical Engineer , This is a mechanical based company and good for mechanical engineer, so I don't like this company it is not a electrical company, senior's didn't provide any training didn't give any knowledge , learning in this company is very slow

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign.
