... about 5-6 days.but this company have only 1yr period so I have no job security.and salary is poor.work environment is good.but not equally important to every workers...

There company provide bonus & pf for all employees & management staff is very good in working.

Dislikes

There is salary is less & training period is more about 3 years. Not provide training for new trainee properly. My suggestion is that every month organize a training event for trainee for different different topics as safety, kaizen, quality related, TPM etc.

Teammates are supportive, if you are trainee you'll get all support from superior persons even from HOD. No doubt about any work and environment safety issues....

There are three major problem from my view. 1) After completing 2years as a DET & then promoted as assistant Engineer your Salary will be almost same. Not enough growth in salary. You'll credited same amount of salary as DET (because of some extra deduction). 2) Sigma is a multinational company and still there's no dress code. This is a bad impact that, Like you have turnovers in crores and no single person in industry going know this guy works in sigma without actually telling him/her. 3) From past 3 years they are providing same food, same taste. Everything is same not a single change. MNC should not be ever doing like these. (Truth is unpleasant management is not good.)

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Sigma cares about employees safety which is the best part of Sigma.I learn many things like TPM,5s,Kizen and many other things which help an employee for his growth on next label.Behavior of senior to junior or staff to others is very good.

After work as a det and joined as a staff but salary is very less for a staff person compare with his work.Company policy is very good but not followed strictly.
