You cannot express your ideas for development in the field because of your ideas, skills and your contributions will be credited to someone else who's is favourite of the lazy and incompetent hr. Management has to see the real driving force and award them the deserving rather than just going with the incompetent superior and hr reviews as the both cover their backs for each other.
