Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

if you have potential then your promotion will be done but dont take it wrong . You have to work extra now with the same salary xD or they will increase 500rs in your salary as promotion

...d taxes will be deducted from your account but it will not be deposited .(Scam) Salary is never on Time no extra benifits . Penalties and deduction in salary. you can be layed off anytime lots of politics

Job was remote based.

Dislikes

In offer letter they told about 9:30 to 6:30 . They even call at around 10 and say finish the work in an hour also sometime the manager calls on weekend late night, pay was very less as for the position full stack development. The manager sometimes threaten to just shut the whole development department. One of my colleague recently resigned he didn’t even got the relieving letter and experience letter.
