Equality and inclusion are at the core of how Sightsavers functions, and that's the best thing about it. Everyone is treated equally, be it a beginner or a manager. That really motivates you to give your best.

Training and professional development of the employees could be an area where Sightsavers needs to stress on.

Immense Inequality between rich employees and poor employees, and incompetent people are being hired for higher positions. Groupism and sudden termination of employees within 2 months of work.

I work as consultant here. Consultants are underestimated here. Some even face non acceptability and unnecessary harsh instructions. Some permanent programme people discriminate with these consultants. Treat me as if I am burden to organisation. And pass off sarcastic comments at times. This is really saddening as a whole in such a beautiful Organisation. Overall other programme and non-programme people are just amazing and very kind heart!
