Salary is very low and worst for the Engineers... Treating the Engineering Graduates and Labour in a Same way... Even the Labour is having more salary Than Engineering Graduates.. Fake Promises and Very Worst Management... In Their Point of View is they want Experience candidates but in a Low Salary... Mainly Engineering Graduates has Appointed as a Technician Position to Do the Work....

There is job security to some extent. No questions asked leave approval policy with most of the managers.

...t work timings, little to no flexibility. No additional benefits to employees. Heavy deductions from Salary. Very rigid work culture.

People are good, friendly, cooperative

...o moody, very impolite with employees, does not know about employee retention. Salary clearly discriminate the level of employees. Not at all a place for women employees.

Good company and work culture is also good but transport is not good salary always time no delay but management decisions is very slow

Management of the company is not good they always try to save money by reducing the salary of employees.

The only thing thats good is that office bus that leaves at 6:15 in evening, on time logout

Its one man show, horrible culture, more people leave the organization than joining. Everything is done based on favouritism. Your performance does not matter here. You can be fired any moment, employees are hired only to acquire clients and to show that they have good manpower. Its not a corporate culture. It will take a decade for them to come even close to that. Typical factory mindset even in corporate setting.
