Management only support few senior engineers, they won't take care about GET AND NEW ENGINEERS WE MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SENIOR WHO Torturing THE 48 ENGINEERS BECAUSE OF THIS GUYS ONE ENGINEER Died EVEN WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS ALSO THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION ABOUT THAT GUY.

Manager lobby is totally bulshit. Jo chatega Manager ka wahi tikega, Your 100 % efferts are waste if you don't listen (chatna) your manager. HR is also in favour of Manager, so no employee care.

Job security is 100 %... nobody ask you to resign because they pay very pow salary and don't want employees to go anywhere. If you want to learn about a broad network, this is the best place to work but don't demand standard salary. They will give you below than standard.
