Good company policies including salary, gratuity, Mediclaim insurance. Fun filled Activities a workplace and WFH due to covid. Management is good. Internal movement on different roles is possible

Dislikes

Lack of innovation, less freedom, processes and practices needs improvement. Facility is good but workplace is not good in terms of space available, light, privacy.

Likes

Very good company for freshers as well as 2+ year experienced folks. Good managers, good work, good work life balance. Ample amount of work.

Good work life balance. You get enough leaves for your personal work/holidays. Good medical benifits. Office is at prime location. Company products are well rooted in the market.

... far behind the market. Average pay, infact due to COVID it's now below average. Salary hikes are also very restricted because of salary bands. You won't be promoted even if you are qualified reason-> experience does not meet. Experience is valued more than intelligence which is frustrating for new joiners. Very less innovation, they just keep buying new companies to keep competition in the market. You should join only if you are family man, don't want to take any risks and enjoys the life as it's going on. If you failed to get a government job then here is the opportunity. German dominant is clearly seen in top management and product management.

...ess than a government job. Work-life balance is good. You get sufficient leaves. Pay is average.

Dislikes

You become company dependent if you work here for 5yrs+. There is politics involved at the upper management. There are no innovations as company is still using decades old product. There is little scope of growth.

...s everything which is required for an IT professional to grown in his career. PS-> Ask for salary at start because later the money part isn't that great.

Just one issue with Siemens is that sometime the routine is monotonous.
