Arrangement of Work from home during lockdown and even now. There was no salary cut or deferment in salary payment. Introduction of daily health report card from employees to maintain vigilance on Covid19 effect, telemedicine, support etc. are really fantastic.

Dislikes

Grade upliftment of employee depends on mostly Manager+1 judgement, which is several times biased and depending on 'yesman' attitude of employee towards that person rather than towards organization.

Likes

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team of Project. Their is lots of potential for learning with innovative ideas and complete project within schedule period and cost.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Pros: Siemens has great technology to work on and to learn. Also management focuses largely on learning new skills, technologies, remain relevant in market.

Dislikes

...no body takes responsibility. Getting work done internally is very challenging. Salary compensation is average, can't say it's low but fare.

Career growth/opportunities and salary is very much less in the division/BU where I work for. Siemens doesn't maintain same structure in terms of growth, opportunity or salary across all departments/BU.

Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

Dislikes

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.
