It is just cost center, services company providing man power to Siemens Germany to do sub-standard work. Hardly any growth opportunity. Technology is not mainstream, may struggle to find enough opportunities in outside market. Limited learning

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.
