Basically it was IPM site so your performance depends upon client feedback. Work life balance is terrible. Management promises are all fake. Mostly Siemens employees are on third party contract or on Siemens direct contract (DC)

Substandard work, Mediocrity, low salary, no growth options. Don't mistake Siemens services india to be Siemens brand. It is just cost center, services company providing man power to Siemens Germany to do sub-standard work. Hardly any growth opportunity. Technology is not mainstream, may struggle to find enough opportunities in outside market. Limited learning

Blue collar staff is hire through external providers. These external provider exploit the Blue collar staff & transfer only 1/3 salary that siemens gives to external providers to blue collar employees. external provider (mediator) eat up salary of blue collar staff.

The work life balance is good. We can take more leaves compared to other companies. If you have good contacts with higher management you can enjoy most of the opportunities and benefits.

...nts in GBS Bangalore. It takes more than 6 months to fill the open positions. Poor pay and because of which people are not ready to join the company. People from average colleges and not so good academic background stay here others even if they join they either abscond or leave within a short period of time.
