whatever you do, a fixed salary increment of 1 lakh per year is fixed salary hike for any employee, you can calculate the hike percentage as per your current package.
... in other organizations. I must say, the situation at Siemens is very favorable. They compensate extra for on-call shifts, and if your shift falls in the evening, you receive additional pay. Moreover, there are no night shifts; instead, engineers in other time zones cover the night hours, which is a significant benefit. Additionally, the pay is better compared to my previous company. Other likes are- flexible timings, annual gifts, opportunities for skills development, and proper KT.
In my previous organization, KT was lacking, and I was often put on on-call duty without adequate knowledge of the product.
Sometimes manager expects a lot . You do your role job ,apart from that they expect you to write articles on the product(just after 4 months of joining), give KT to juniors ,unnecessary meetings and trainings which are annoying.
Not telling the truth about exact amount of work and doing estimation for name sake. Later work will get spill over and then you will start filling pressure of it.
...he whole management is so toxic. The whole company runs on with the connections. The person who deserves hike or good package is never appreciated. And the one who doesn't are actually promoted to more higher levels. This in fact is a truth which no one will believe until they see it on their own. The company is filled with people who don't deserver a chance to be in. Can be found at higher designation only. Because obviously at lower level they never get promoted ahead. You are just stuck there if you don't know anyone better from there. I believe this company is just good to go when you are in your retirement. People with experience less than 4-5 years are barely gets counted as any worth or value. In fact this company shall not hire them at first placv.
Welcome to one of the most famous and widely known company where there is no increment since last 4 years. You don't get to work as you like because you got the donkey's in your team who runs the project and the project is barely breathing. The atmosphere in team is always like a IND vs PAK. The superior one's think they run the company. Most importantly as a company Siemens they do have many privileges to enjoy with but why would your team lead like it to see you happier. Constant micromanagement and counting the number of hours you spent for coffee and breakfast is the job they have than to count the efforts someone puts in at times. Never bother to make someone's day better. But ask them how simply they can ruin someone's entire mood, someone's day, week, the whole year or let's say whole career. Judging others is the first thing they do. And only what they can thing can happen. Their brain is like a rotten garbage and honestly, I would love them to see how they cracked the interviews. Oh wait they have connections so they can neglect that. Best company to finish all the positiveness present in your company. The way they lie to your faces is just amazing. The way they treat you is even worst than your ex. The way they criticize you. OMG. Seriously guys, I am not modest. I myself tying to think of reasons not to add these things but my fingers cant just stop. Allow me to express the disgust of this company. I know a change can happen from a spark. And here I died actually. I miss the person I was before. Now I don't see myself anywhere. I am just lost.
