The Indian management is little bad and outdated thinking. Could be better. Many project managers are really not capable of handling people. When there are issues the team members are supposed to handle it, but when there are praises from German partners the manager will be there to take credits. If you are starting your career, won't prefer to start here. But if you are experienced this could be a good company.

It is just cost center, services company providing man power to Siemens Germany to do sub-standard work. Hardly any growth opportunity. ...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here
