Schneider is better than Siemens.. Siemens is good but people working in Aurangabad plant they won't give respect to 3rd party people even not good salary..they just ask work .. Schneider is better than Siemens in salary respect and work life balance.

In process manager and executive anad Manager behivor in simens GIS factor.no respect for 3rd party people no salary..only hired relatives in this plant.

Company , work culture , work life balance , job rotation if someone wants to change function and job security is really good.

Less salary , stable job with no major salary hike and growth to go further. No value for management for experienced employees working in the same company from long time. Routine work not counted during performance review.

...tes are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and surrounding area for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to learn lot of new works and we work happily and travel.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. The work pressure is very high, Some times i have to work 18-20 Hours. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. I don't receive any appreciation e mail from my office. There is no job security. Managers does not recognize the employees effort. There is no support from management for employee issues.
