Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.

Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

Dislikes

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.

1. No salary at onsite siemens udaipur office. 2 no food ni breakfast no snacks even hod is picking up money 3. No proper kt 4 no perks no clothes and no benefits 5 the behavior by hr manager and client is harassing and unnatural.

Harassing behavior and ni salary.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
