Schneider is better than Siemens.. Siemens is good but people working in Aurangabad plant they won't give respect to 3rd party people even not good salary..they just ask work .. Schneider is better than Siemens in salary respect and work life balance.

In process manager and executive anad Manager behivor in simens GIS factor.no respect for 3rd party people no salary..only hired relatives in this plant.

At the end of month people look for salary. Ultimate goal is to get good salary which is lacked in Siemens. They give an average hike

Please make sure to join with good compensation, don't fall in trap of increment after some months, otherwise you will be disappointed. Company policies are not much interesting, like insurance, no welcome gift,
