These days Siemens is very aggressive and lots of products in the field of cloud, Internet of things, machine learning,Any type device, sensors etc are being developed.

Immediate boss is doing partiality he maintained the selected safety officer and look after their improvements with promotion, increment & etc.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.
