Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.

Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.

Cant learn anything from scratch. Scope of learning or working in new technology is very less.
