They prioritize safety. But at the same time their safety rules are sometimes totally bogus upto an extent that they come in way of job.

Dislikes

Everything. You get a salary just enough to survive. Even tea vendors earn more than me. The management is totally pathetic, they can't retain talent.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. The work pressure is very high, Some times i have to work 18-20 Hours. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. I don't receive any appreciation e mail from my office. There is no job security. Managers does not recognize the employees effort. There is no support from management for employee issues.

Applying from linkedln or indeed , is it real or fake ?

I am currently attached as ASM in Bbsr in pharmaceutical with my ctc 13.25lpa , wants to relocate Kolkata, tried many times to apply via linkedln in several MNC medical equipment or Biotech based companies but not getting call from any suitable house. Please suggest me or guide me so that I can end up getting atleast a screening call from any HR . Do recruiters normally look if a candidate apply through linkedln or indeed profile . I don't think so as I have applied atleast 15times in companies like siemens , J & J but not getting any response. Is it all about internal float.
