Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

Dislikes

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

Dislikes

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.

1. Delayed promotions 2. Pay is average

...nce. No seniority here, all are treated equal with respect. No pressure in work. Good salary .

Dislikes

Cant learn anything from scratch. Scope of learning or working in new technology is very less.

Treated equally, opportunity to lead, balanced work load, good salary, plenty of leaves, work from home provided, flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, no gifts perks or bonuses, very limited team outings or bondings, meetings till late night.
