Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.
