Salary is on time.

Dislikes

Basically it was IPM site so your performance depends upon client feedback. Work life balance is terrible. Management promises are all fake. Mostly Siemens employees are on third party contract or on Siemens direct contract (DC)

The company is open to learn lot of new works and we work happily and travel.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. The work pressure is very high, Some times i have to work 18-20 Hours. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. I don't receive any appreciation e mail from my office. There is no job security. Managers does not recognize the employees effort. There is no support from management for employee issues.

... gave professional training for job.zero harm culture is Siemens first priority. No delay in salary.work atmosphere is good. behaviour of executive and management is good with employees.
