Worst work culture. The mentality of people is I pay you money for which you have to do what ever I say. Micro Management Avoid joining AT department if possible HR doesn't even take feedback from employees.

Salary is good, but work environment is exhaust.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment as colleagues are not supportive. No work life balance, there is no flexibility given in terms of working hours and forced to work more than 9 hours.

...d the market in AI/ML adaptation Reward are nominal and hikes are to favorites No competitive salary Syngo (SY D&A) department is full on politics, SY Management has started ruining carrier trajectory of people moving out of SY BU to any other BU with their political influence in the company. Forcing employees to leave organization by not providing fair pay and fair hike. SY culture is getting worst and exploitive in nature, which is coming from management.

Company takes really good care of you and the Work life Balance is really good. They pay well according to the market. Plus you will get yearly gifts and bonuses. The company trusts you here and working hours are flexible. Company conducts a lot of behavioral as well as technical trainings and you can opt for them. Resources the company provides (Laptop etc) are top quality. Delicious Cafeteria benefits at a very meagre rate as of 2020. Gym and indoor games for free (pre-pandemic)
