New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Salary is good, but work environment is exhaust.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment as colleagues are not supportive. No work life balance, there is no flexibility given in terms of working hours and forced to work more than 9 hours.

Company takes really good care of you and the Work life Balance is really good. They pay well according to the market. Plus you will get yearly gifts and bonuses. The company trusts you here and working hours are flexible. Company conducts a lot of behavioral as well as technical trainings and you can opt for them. Resources the company provides (Laptop etc) are top quality. Delicious Cafeteria benefits at a very meagre rate as of 2020. Gym and indoor games for free (pre-pandemic)

Dislikes

Poor work culture and project management is very bad. You have unnecessary calls almost throughout the day and you need to work in the evening and late night to finish off your assigned tasks. This could have been fixed through proper team and project management.

...f nice facilities for employees. Best place to work for. Very good work culture. Comparatively best in terms of compensation, salary hike, work life balance, when compared to Indian service based companies and few other product companies. Job security is higher, once probationary period is completed.
