...t even weekend is left out. Now they start torturing people with peakon results. Ofcourse it will be bad when you make us work this long and won’t pay or compensate us properly. They will say to comp offs but when you join back after a day there will be tons of work. Managers have worst attitude, they only aim to find people who gave bad rating and comments but not try to understand the actual issue. Worst architects to work with, he won’t estimate the work properly or participate in code reviews early and in the end literally torturing everyone
