They do not understand how to differentiate between business and engineering work Top management does not have people management skills They often ignore suggestions and regret later but does not accept their failure They do not have clarity on how to use funds and work strategically or tactically from time to time You might get paid high but you will end up in a very risky situation when you hunt for change No initiative or interest in training/mentoring/ups killing on their owner products for lateral entry.
