Dislikes

They are like snails in corporates. They do not understand how to differentiate between business and engineering work Top management does not have people management skills They often ignore suggestions and regret later but does not accept their failure They do not have clarity on how to use funds and work strategically or tactically from time to time You might get paid high but you will end up in a very risky situation when you hunt for change No initiative or interest in training/mentoring/ups killing on their owner products for lateral entry. It’s all learn by yourself. Very weirded and complex policy and process Worst office interior I have ever seen in my 16 yrs of career.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
